A successful Senior Development Manager will lead complex development and regeneration projects. Reporting to the Strategic Head of Regeneration & Development, this role involves overseeing a team, ensuring quality, innovation, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead council site developments, including housing and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate with external partners to leverage council assets.
- Manage projects through planning, including Section 106 agreements.
- Oversee financial modelling and project progress.
- Supervise engagement and consultation with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:- Relevant degree or significant experience in construction, development, real estate, or regeneration.
- Professional body membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable.

- Strong negotiation and procurement skills.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
