- Contribute creative ideas and innovative techniques to enhance menus and operations
- Proven experience as a chef in high-volume, professional kitchens
- Recognised culinary qualifications or professional cookery training
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices
