Job Description
Location: Sussex
Salary: £46,000 + standard operative benefits
We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead internal planned works projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of on-site supervision, safety, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure work is delivered safely and on time
- Manage day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and resources
- Enforce site safety and quality control
- Coordinate material deliveries and keep accurate site records
- Lead safety meetings, resolve site issues, and report to senior management
- 5+ years’ experience in internal planned works and team management
- SMSTS & NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and construction software
- Full UK Driving Licence
