Job Description
Contract: 3 to 6 month ongoing contract
Location: West London
Salary: £26.22 p/hr umbrella
Work Arrangements: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (Mostly remote but an office presence will be required when requested)
What you’ll be doing:
- Investigating and responding to challenges, representations, and appeals relating to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
- Administering parking bay suspensions, waivers, and dispensations.
- Supporting financial processes, including PCN reconciliation and liaison with enforcement agents.
- Preparing cases and representing the Council at adjudications with London Tribunals.
- Providing excellent customer service, including cover for our Customer Service Officer role as needed.
- Strong understanding of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and related legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and methodical approach with strong team-working abilities.
- Proficiency with IT systems (MS Office and parking databases).
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on policy.
