Your Responsibilitie:- Lead on electrical compliance, safety, and risk management in line with legislation and best practice.
- Manage the EICR programme, electrical repairs, and contractor performance.
- Oversee statutory compliance, policies, and procedures for housing and corporate assets.
- Produce assurance and performance reports for senior managers and councillors.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and budgets, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
