Civils Team in Cambridge and is looking for a talented engineer to help
drive nationwide infrastructure projects.

You’ll be joining a
450-strong team, with
30 professionals in the Cambridge office and a growing Civils division.

🔧 Your Role:- Work closely with the Infrastructure Team and Senior Director to produce engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs, and construction projects.
- Develop drainage, highway, street works, and public realm solutions for a variety of developments, including residential, retail, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Prepare drainage and levels strategies to support planning applications, including flood risk assessment reports.
- Produce and issue technical drawings for tender and construction in line with design standards.
🎓 What You’ll Need:- HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering
- Consultancy/private sector experience in residential development
- Strong knowledge of drainage designs, strategies, and flood risk assessments
- Proficiency in MicroDrainage and AutoCAD
- Understanding of legal, planning, and technical consents for drainage in new developments (including S104, SuDS Manual, and DCG standards)
