Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in various primary schools in the Lambeth and Southwark areas. You will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support students with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor student progress.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
