Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of small works projects related to fire detection, security systems, and related technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Salary Package:
- £40,000 - £55,000
- 40 hour working week
- Company Vehicle
- 25 days holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute small works projects in the fire detection and security systems domain.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
- Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors involved in small works projects.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source and procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure that workmanship and deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
