Job Description
A small family run property Services company based in Wokingham are seeking x 2 electricians to work on high end residential projects across Wokingham/Berkshire/Reading on a mobile basis.
COMPANY DETAILS :
- 15 staff strong
- Plumbing & Electrical business who have been established over 15 years.
- Most of the work is in reading/Wokingham/Berkshire all very high end residential property refurbs and new builds.
JOB DETAILS :
Working across Wokingham/Berkshire and Reading on a van mobile basis working of high end resi projects, ranging from refurbishment works to new builds.
- 1st 2nd fix electrical
- Conduct electrical installations for new builds.
- Perform full rewires, including kitchen and bathroom rewires.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
SALARY PACKAGE :
£40/45k
Van & Fuel card ( personal use allowed)
40-hour week
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
No call out rota
Overtime available
