I am currently representing a excellent hard FM compliance services provider who have a exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer / Supervisor to join a growing team with the view to progress into a contract management role and become office based.

Based in Essex they provide compliance, M&E, fire and security works to a wide range of blue chip commercial clientele including universities, high street shops, restaurants and local council contracts. They have been successfully operating for over 30 years with over 60 engineers across different disciplines on their books.

Due to growth of their pre-existing contracts they are in need of a Commerical Gas engineer / sueprvisor from a commercial gas bias o help grow a new team within reactive and repair services.

The ideal candidate will be asked to deliver PPMs , attend reactive, attend quote request / site surveys, onsite training for existing engineers etc, auditing engineers etc. the onsite element will decrease over time the more the division grows with the view to be permeant office based running the division.

Initially you will be looking at a split of 2 – 3 days a week on the road and 2 days a week office based with the view for this to increase as the division grows and progress into a contract management position and come off the tools.

THE ROLE:

• Ideally someone who is from a senior / supervisory level in Commercial Gas Qualified and looking to take the next step. Any additional qualifications such as AC is a advantage but not a must.
• Ideally someone based North Kent, Essex or East London and reasonable commute to office.

THE PACKAGE:

• Salaries up to 65K dependant on level of experience
• Company van & fuel card provided
• Travel paid after half hour EW when on the road

• 8 hour working day – office hours either 7/8 – 4
