Job Description
My Client Is A Well-Established And Reputable passive fire Service Provider Who Covers London And The Home Counties. They are now seeking a projects co-ordinator to join their team.
Salary And Package:
- £30,000 - £35,000
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- 23 Days Plus Bank Holidays
- Onsite parking
Duties:
- Fire door installation project management
- Liaising with customers, project managers and suppliers
- Scheduling installation dates
- Administrating job reports
- Working closely with all members of the operations team
- Working closely with the account managers to provide a high level of customer service to all accounts
- To provide cover to colleagues in the operations department when the need arises
Person Specification:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Strong oral and written communications skills – excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly across different work areas
- Great problem-solving skills
- Sales Force CRM knowledge a bonus
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working as a coordinator within the construction industry
