    Housing assistants provide support for all tenants and customers and deal with enquiries on a wide range of housing related issues including changes in tenancy, maintenance and payments.

    Tasks required include:

    • Computes cost of product/services and maintains and balances records of financial transactions.
    • Prepares and checks invoices and verifies accuracy of records.
    • Receives and pays out cash and cheques and performs closely related clerical duties.

  • What are the entry requirements for a Housing Benefit Assessor?
