Pipe Fabricators

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for Pipe Fabricators to join our expanding client based in Oldbury, West Midlands.

As a Pipe Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing piping systems according to specifications. You will be working closely with engineering and production team to ensure all pipes meet the required standards.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
-Reading engineering drawings
-Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using various tools and equipment
-Weld, braze or solder piping components as needed
-Assemble piping systems
-Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance
-Maintain a clean and organised working space

The Ideal Candidate:
-Must have previous experience as a Pipe Fabricator
-Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
-Ability to use hand and power tools
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:
0800 - 1630 Monday to Thursday
0800 - 1530 Friday

OR

1900 - 0600 Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate:
£16.95 per hour
For night shift this will be £16.95 per hour plus shift allowance
