Customer Services Administrator to join our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners via telephone, email, and our internal messaging system.
- Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Generate and run reports as needed to support business operations.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar administrative role is ideal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to resolving issues.
