Job Description

Job Title: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)


Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

If you have experience in customer service and are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners via telephone, email, and our internal messaging system.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Generate and run reports as needed to support business operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
 
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar administrative role is ideal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to resolving issues.
