Learning Support Assistant (Newport)

We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join SET Recruitment.

This role is ideal for individuals with previous classroom-based experience, but we are also keen to hear from those who have worked extensively with children in other settings such as childcare, youth work, or community roles. If you have a strong background in supporting young people and are looking to take your skills into a school environment, we would love to speak with you.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether this experience comes from working in schools, care settings, or other relevant environments, your knowledge and confidence in this area will be highly valued.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Ideally some classroom-based experience
• A flexible, patient, and proactive approach
• SEN experience is highly desirable
