We are recruiting for a Part Time Rental Administrator to work between 25-30 hours a week for a well established company on the outskirts of Redditch ( full drivers licence is essential ) you will take responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the rental fleet and support the Hire Manager with general admin tasks.
Part Time Rental Administrator day to day duties include:- Support the Manager with the overall operation of the hire fleet
- Assist with customer’s collection & return of hire vehicles
- Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and administer relevant paperwork as required
- General preparation of vehicles for hire through superficial inspection
- Ensure fleet compliance is kept up to date through effective record keeping
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers and stakeholders in a professional and prompt manner
The successful Part Time Rental Administrator will have the following skills and experience - Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Vehicle rental experience is desirable, but not essential as training can be given
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Problem solving and ‘can do’ approach
- Attention to detail – meticulous, thorough, and right first-time mentality
- Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
- Full driving licence is essential, (Class 1 or 2 would be advantageous but not essential)
Starting Salary: Up to £25000.00 pa pro-rata, depending upon experience. Hours of work are flexible 25- 30 hours but must be over 5 days. All office based no hybrid. If you think you have the skills and experience my client is looking for then please click APPLY with your updated CV.
