Job Description
We’re a busy and friendly building merchants based in Edinburgh, and we’re looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.
The Role:
- 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day
- You choose your own working hours (Mon–Fri)
- General admin support including data entry, handling phone/email enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly
- £12.50 per hour
- Office based in Edinburgh EH14
- Starting ASAP
What We're Looking For:
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets etc.)
- A team player with a can-do attitude
