Job Description
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Assist in the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
- Support the procurement team in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required within the procurement office.
- NVQ qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
