Pharmacy Technician (Bristol)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM (Monday to Friday)
Breaks: 15-minute morning break and 30-minute lunch break (both unpaid)
Total Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensary Work: Participate in dispensing activities, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
• Clinical Ward Work: Conduct clinical screening of inpatient charts and discharge prescriptions. Ensure the safe and effective supply of inpatient and discharge medications.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with healthcare professionals in general medicine, general surgery, and care of the elderly departments.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent qualification as a pharmacist.
• Previous experience as a Band 6 hospital pharmacist in the UK.
• Competence in clinical screening of inpatient charts and discharge prescriptions.
• Experience in general medicine, general surgery, and care of the elderly is highly desirable.
