Sales Coordinator

Pertemps have a new and exciting opportunity to join a small dynamic sales team situated in Burton Upon Trent on a full-time permanent basis. Are you an outgoing person who is confident in speaking with customers and prospects over the phone and is driven by sales? if so, this would be the next role for you.
The job is essentially sales, mainly looking after existing customers, contacting lapsed clients, and following up on new business leads.
Main Duties:-

• Being the first line of contact in the office.
• Providing prompt and accurate quotations to customer enquiries.
• Deal with all incoming enquiries.
• Contact and maintain a relationship with top customers.
• Look to increase sales of the accounts.
• New Business growth, through sales calls, to hit KPI.
• Up selling products to new and existing customers.
• Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Customer service after order has shipped.
• Achieve company and individual KPI’s as set.
• Building customer relationships via the telephone.
• General office duties.

Salary: £24,559.00-£25,967.00 per year depending on experience

• Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
