Production Operative

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Lincoln, recruiting for Production Operatives (s). You will be required to work on a production line, grading, loading the line and clearing the end of the line.

Free transport provided from Lincoln city centre, to and from work.
 
You must be able to work full time hours!

Duties include:

• Loading production lines with packaging material and/or potatoes
• Grading potatoes on a production line based on size, condition and removing potatoes which do not meet standards.
• Loading packaged products in to trays and then loading pallets.
• Working to strict health and safety standards
• Working closely with colleagues to coordinate tasks, achieve production targets, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Being flexible and willing to take on different roles or tasks as needed to support production schedules and operational requirements.

 
An immediate start is available for the right calibre of candidates.

Hours: 4 days per week, between Monday and Sunday.  0700 start to finish (this can change), shifts usually last 10 to 11 hours.

Salary: £12.02 per hour

This role would possibly suit an individual working in the Food / Production or Manufacturing industry as an Operative, Technical Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Line Operative or similar.
