OVERVIEW:
•The successful employment litigation lawyer will oversee and mentor junior employment lawyers within the team
•You will provide expert guidance and support throughout the litigation process
•The Legal Professional will handle a wide range of employment claims, managing cases from initial instruction through to the final hearing
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience handling a varied caseload of employment disputes and claims
•A thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of employment law and the procedures involved in Employment Tribunals is crucial
•Applicants with experience handling claims funded by Legal Expenses Insurance are encouraged to apply
