JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor – 12 month FTC
PQE REQUIRED: 6 + PQE
LOCATION: London/ Hybrid
SALARY: Circa £70, 000- £80,000 FTE

OVERVIEW:
•The employment solicitors’ main focus will be non-contentious respondent work
•You will represent employers in a wide range of employment law matters
•In this role, you will be expected to handle a small portion of claimant and contentious work
•Your caseload will consist of respondent employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy
•The firm are seeking qualified solicitors with 6+ PQE in employment law
•Previous experience in handling respondent work is essential
•The firm will consider overseas-qualified candidates if they have strong UK experience
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
•The ideal locum should be available starting in May for approximately 12 months to cover maternity leave
•The firm operates on a hybrid model, allowing employees to work remotely two days per week
