They’re a multi-discipline practice with 10 offices across the UK, and due to continued growth – they need someone as soon as possible!
Job details:- £22,000 - £26,000 p/a – depending on experience
- Monday – Friday
- Permanent, full time.
- 25 days plus bank holidays increasing to 27 days with length of service
- Excellent enhanced pension scheme to 5%
The successful Administrator will be naturally organised, have a keen eye for detail and be committed to the role. You will have relevant experience in administrative duties and will possess excellent IT and communication skills, a clean driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Key Duties of the Administrator - To welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors and provide front of house services
- Answer incoming phones in a polite and helpful manner
- Ensuring that signing in and out sheets are checked daily
- To ensure stationery is well maintained and stocked up
- To ensure that the kitchen areas are tidy, and that office supplies such milk, tea, & coffee and any other essential kitchen consumables are always available and to assist in dealing with issues of breakages, tidiness and cleanliness
- To manage daily post, incoming and outgoing
- Printing, binding and general administration support for all the teams and the SMT
- Organising travel and accommodation, booking meetings and lunches
- Assistance with office health and safety duties
- Undertake Fire Warden & First Aid Duties (with the relevant training)
- To provide admin support for other support team members
- To assist the Partners Executive Assistant with any other office tasks as required
