Online Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team in
Ockley.*Please note own transport is essential due to location*Package & Benefits:- £25,000 - £27,500pa, depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Opportunity for hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office) after successful probation period.
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas break.

Key Responsibilities:- Complete 'new customer' checklist forms for all new business and transfer information to the Sales Department for follow-up if required.
- Process sales orders for new and existing clients, ensuring stock levels are aligned and maintaining accurate reports.
- Obtain shipping quotes for overseas online orders by liaising with external shipping providers and suppliers, ensuring correct pricing and delivery information is acquired.
- Analyse sales trends and promote products through Amazon/eBay marketplaces, identifying key opportunities for growth and marketing.
Ideal Candidate:- Previous customer service experience with a focus on e-commerce and online orders.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, etc.).
