Our client, a leading specialist manufacturer in their field, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
QA Manager to join their dynamic team in
Cranleigh.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet required quality standards
- Take ownership of the non-conformance process, including logging, investigating, and reporting non-conformances
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage the quarantine area, ensuring proper maintenance and rotation of retain samples
- Review product quality issues, including customer complaints, and initiate corrective actions
- Support the Compliance Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Line manage one direct report to assist in the above tasks
Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a quality control environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics or chemicals industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in preparing quality and regulatory documentation, with a solid understanding of industry standards
Package:- This is a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 9 months
- Competitive Salary up to £40,000pa DOE.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
