Our client, a leading protective solutions manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team in Redhill.
*Please note this is a fully office-based role*What’s in it for you?- Full time, Permanent
- Competitive salary from £28,500 to £32,000pa DOE.
- Monday – Friday / 8.30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand bespoke specifications and advise customers on the best products to meet their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Process sales orders efficiently, advising customers on dispatch times.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
The Person:- Proven sales support experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail due to high level of data and paperwork.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple responsibilities.
