Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bewdley. Working on a Temporary to Permanent basis, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to join a successful company during a period of growth. The successful candidate will provide efficient administration support whilst ensuring all processes and procedures are being followed.
The Duties of a Business Support Administrator:- Support the despatch department to ensure all customer orders are completed and delivered
- Provide efficient administrative support to all departments
- Recording keeping, storing of files, document control and reconciliation across all departments
- Dealing with customer queries and orders and resolving any issues that may occur
- Assist senior management in implementation of all company objectives and directives
- Liaise to receive or obtain required information for customer orders and queries
- To be a first point of contact for all visitors and ensure all documentation is completed
- Accepting incoming telephone calls and directing appropriately within the department
- Manage the booking system for all experience bookings whilst liaising with the events team
- Support the accounts department with invoice processing, credit checks, ledgers and any general accounts management
- Any other duties reasonably requested
The Requirements of a Business Support Administrator:- MUST drive due to location
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Complete training as required or requested to enhance capabilities
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
