A leading Manufacturing client based in the NG9 area are seeking an experienced
Quality Manager

Duties:

Responsible for all quality concerns as they relate to sales and customer expectations.
Oversees the investigation of excursions in manufacturing or other related operations action.
Report the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, testing analysis, KPIs), including the need for improvement.
Effectively manage Supplier Management program ensuring key suppliers are evaluated through risk assessment, audits
Develop and maintain Quality Control (QC) processes

Key Skills

Based in UK but overseeing the quality in UK and LUX with possible travel to LUX.
Strong knowledge of CAPA.
Experience implementing ISO 9001 or 13485 Quality Management Systems.
Experience in auditing manufacturing processes, report writing and corrective action.
Knowledge of risk management, validations, design controls, process development, monitoring, statistical controls, and root cause analysis.
5+ years’ experience working in a Manufacturing or Quality environment with Quality Management Systems standards and Regulatory Requirements.
