Health and Safety First Line Manager

We are hiring for an experienced Health and Safety First Line Manager.

 
Key role responsibilities:

• To assist the SHE Manager with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management on site

• Responsible for assessing and advising the necessary training to secure long-term improvements in Health & Safety performance and ensuring effective implementation of all Health & Safety procedures and processes

• Managing relationships with colleagues and others utilising First Choice behaviours

• Promote excellent Health, Safety and Environmental practices

• To work in a safe manner

• Provide guidance on the completion of risk assessments, investigations and ensure their regular review, pass on feedback or highlighted issues to members of the site management team

 
General Information:

Reporting into group SHE Manager and General Manager

12-week temp to perm

Monday to Friday

0800-1600 – flexibility required

Health and Safety experience required

 
Desirable Experience:

• Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable

• NEBOSH
