Behaviour Mentor – Central Birmingham – Key Stage 2
Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH needs? Are you looking for a Behaviour Mentor role within Key Stage 2? This dynamic Alternative Provision is looking to add a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor to support a Key Stage 2 child who requires 1-2-1 support.

This role requires a Behaviour Mentor or TA who enjoys breaking down barriers to education, inspiring children and helping pupils reengage with education. Job Role:
  • Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of KS4 children with SEMH needs
  • Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
  • Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
  • Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
  • Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
