***£80-£90 per day
***September 2024- July 2025
***1-2-1 and small group support for under-achieving KS1 and KS2 pupils across the curriculum.
***’Good’ primary school.
 
Requirements:

• At least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Dedication to assisting in the delivery of a high-quality education to pupils aged 3-11.
• Commitment to following safeguarding procedures and policies.
• Natural ability to build strong bonds with young children.
• Previous experience of working closely with children is beneficial, but not essential.

 
The Role:

• Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of exciting and engaging lessons.
• Monitoring pupil progress and creating personalised support strategies.
• Providing outstanding 1-2-1 and small group support to pupils.
• Creating a positive learning environment by forming close relationships with both pupils and staff.
• Participating in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
