***Supporting primary-aged children across all aspects of the curriculum.
The Graduate:- A minimum of a 2:2 degree in any subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- A commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
- Previous experience of working closely with children is beneficial, but not essential.
The Role- Supporting children aged 3-11 in the classroom to aid their development and progress.
- Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to under-achieving KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Assisting teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons that adhere to the national syllabus.
- Working with the school’s SEND team to provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Partaking in staff meeting and assisting in parent’s evenings.
