About the Role: Are you passionate about making communities safer and improving residents’ quality of life? We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative
ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering an outstanding, customer-focused ASB service.
Working closely with Community Safety, Housing Needs, and other key stakeholders, you will take a proactive, multi-agency approach to tackling ASB, supporting victims, and ensuring vulnerable individuals receive the help they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the ASB service, delivering effective and outcome-focused responses to ASB complaints.
- Prioritise support for victims and complainants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive service improvement through innovation and performance monitoring.
- Embed safeguarding and vulnerability awareness in daily team operations.
- Ensure best-practice responses to domestic abuse cases.
- Motivate and manage your team through effective recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and development.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Produce high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with residents, community groups, and partner agencies.
- Champion a customer-first approach in handling complaints and enquiries.
- Contribute to health and safety practices, policy development, and major projects.
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in managing ASB services or similar community-based roles.
- Strong leadership, people management, and performance improvement skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, domestic abuse casework, and ASB legislation.
- Experience in multi-agency collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in report writing, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
